Moo & Lou Frozen Treats is a family-owned business based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We started this venture after realizing that our non-profit, Maddie Smiles INC,  could no longer afford to hire a frozen treat truck every year for our annual Act of Kindness Day, a day dedicated to spreading joy, smiles and free snow cones in memory of our angel, Maddie "Moo".

Maddie Moo was only 19 when she tragically passed away due to complications from gallbladder surgery at Riley Hospital.  She continues to be our Angel, and  we honor her memory through acts of kindness. Moo & Lou Frozen Treats is our way of spreading smiles and joy, all while serving delicious treats!

Lacy 'Lou' , Maddie's sister, is and most likely the face you'll see in the window, or stop in the brick-and-mortar location!  

Our new shop is a lively, welcoming space where we want you to have more than just a treat-it's a place to make lasting memories with your friends and family!
